Abstract

Mundial Magazine was an original magazine for the historical moment in which it was conceived, as it revealed itself as the expression of Latin American literary tendencies, trying to generate intellectual contacts in different parts of the world. There, Leopoldo Lugones and Manuel Gálvez left their imprint with different articles that expressed part of their ideology. In this work we investigate these articles in relation to their most transcendental works of the time, affirming the imprint of literary modernism in their writings and the defense of their political ideas, wich were realated to the conservative nationalism of the early twentieth century.
